What personal data is collected, why, and what rights apply to it.
Data collected
The Publisher collects contact details submitted through forms, account details where an account is created, event registration and accreditation data where a person registers for an event, survey responses where a person chooses to respond, and standard technical data associated with site use.
Purpose and basis
Data is processed to operate the platform, to administer events, to produce aggregate research, and to communicate where a person has asked to be contacted. Research use is aggregate and is separated from identifying information.
Special categories
The Publisher does not collect or infer race, ethnicity, religion, health information, sexual orientation or political affiliation. Where gender is collected it is self-reported, optional, and never inferred.
Retention and rights
Personal data is retained only as long as the stated purpose requires. Requests for access, correction, deletion, objection or portability may be sent to [email protected] with the subject line PRIVACY.
